WITH harvest now under way, Agfarm is reminding photographers of all abilities to enter their images into the Agfarm 2012-13 harvest photo competition.
All entrants need is a keen eye and an appreciation of the harvest spirit.
The theme this year is Partnerships and the selection criteria is geared towards images which show creativity and technical competency and best capture the partnerships that are an integral part of the annual summer harvest experience.
Agfarm is an Australian owned, completely independent, grain marketing organisation established in 1992.
Agfarm works with growers to manage the marketing and sale of their grain.
There is more than $1000 in prizes on offer to the winners as well as publication and promotion of the winning entries.
The competition is open to growers and the wider community.
Winners will be judged by executive staff and international award-winning, agricultural photography specialist, Melissa Powell, who is based in Horsham in Victoria.
Entries are open to images captured during the 2012-13 harvest and must be received by Agfarm by January 30.
