A 29-YEAR-OLD Leyburn man has sustained suspected spinal injuries after rolling his large tractor and trailer at Tummaville, 40 kilometres east of Millmerran at 2.45pm.

The man was believed to be spraying a field on a private property when the accident occurred.

The man's right leg was pinned under the tractor and Queensland Fire and Rescue Service personnel were required to use cutting equipment to free the man.

He was treated by paramedics from Millmerran and Pittsworth on the scene before being airlifted to Toowoomba Hospital by the RACQ CareFlight Rescue helicopter in a stable condition.

"The man suffered suspected spinal injuries and was treated at the scene by the helicopter's flight doctor and paramedic before being stabilised for flight," a spokesperson for CareFlight said.
