THE 1 million tonnes milestone was achieved this week.
So far in the 2013 crushing season, the Isis Mill has crushed about 1,015,216 tonnes.
This week, 69,567.87 tonnes was crushed, with an average weekly CCS of 15.14 units.
The weekly throughput target at Isis Mill is 63,000 and this is the 13th consecutive week the target has been exceeded.
Harvesting conditions are ideal and bin weight remains consistently high.
The weekly average bin weight has been 6.44 tonnes.
Highest CCS for the week was 17.81 units, which was recorded by a Bonna Rd farmer, who supplied the variety Q208.
The crushing season is drawing to a close.
And with conditions remaining dry and dusty, the team involved in crushing operations is urged to continue to work safely.
