BRETT Miller, of TopX, is excited about the draft of Greenup Eidsvold Station bulls to be offered at his Eidsvold selling complex next week.
"We spent a day inspecting the bulls while they were in getting their EMA scans done,” Mr Miller said. "And to see a line-up of 120 bulls like that, of that quality, from one vendor, is amazing. It is the best line-up of bulls across the board that I've seen.
"The whole team has great softness and length and depth, and the temperament across the lot was outstanding - we walked amongst them and they are very docile.
"With the line-up of quality bulls on offer, I honestly believe if someone drives a long a distance to come to the sale, they will not be disappointed. If you missed out on a bull, you'd be just as happy to put your hand up on the next one."
Pete Brazier, of GDL, said the team was as good a draft of bulls as he had seen.
"They are commercially oriented, with stud bulls there for top-end fellas, majority are poll with a focus on fertility and weight for age - commercial cattlemen couldn't go wrong," Mr Brazier said.
"It is a good time to be in industry.
"No one has ever seen cattle this dear, not even the old timers, and there's nothing in the foreseeable future that will see things change," he said.
The Greenup Eidsvold Station annual sale is on Friday, September 16, at 12pm at Eidsvold.
The sale will interface with AuctionsPlus.
