HAMDENVALE Brahman Stud principal David Deguara said he was very pleased to have stud and commercial cattle breeders visit "Simla" to inspect the heifers being prepared for the Hamdenvale Summer Sizzler Heifer Sale held last Sunday.

Mr Deguara said he decided to hold the sale as a live auction at "Simla" this year, rather than holding an "online auction" similar to last year.

Stud breeders inspecting the offering at "Simla" included Emanuel and Josie Pace, Blue Water Hills Brahman Stud, Jim, Heather, Nathan and Julie Deguara, Pindi Brahman Stud, Zane and Maree Male, Somerset Brahman Stud and Vic Deguara, Savannah Brahmans.

Brett Wetherall, Palmyra Droughtmaster Stud enjoyed the opportunity to inspect another breed of cattle.

Invited vendors to the sale, Damian and Leah Sturdy and family, Arkama Brahmans and Tony Brown, Pioneer Park Brahman Stud were on hand to show their cattle.
